The board of directors of Bexley Accessible Transport Scheme (โthe Companyโ), having regard to its financial position, have engaged Opus Restructuring LLP to assist with the process of placing the Company into Creditorsโ Voluntary Liquidation, and for the appointment of Mark Boast and Ben Stanyon as proposed Joint Liquidators.

BATS serves to provide quality, affordable and accessible community transport for Bexley and the surrounding Boroughs.
Bexley Accessible Transport Scheme operate a membership-only scheme. Our accessible transport services are aimed at those with mobility needs, of all ages, and those with learning difficulties.
In addition, we provide accessible transport services for community and voluntary groups, Care Trusts, Social Services and SEN Schools.
We can provide a wide range of accessible services thanks to our team of dedicated volunteer drivers.
